HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSES FOR WHICH INFORMATION IS PROCESSED AND CONSENT FOR DATA TRANSFER

On this website, we guarantee an appropriate degree of protection, and take the necessary technical and organisational measures to secure it that are legally required to prevent loss or misplacement of, and damage or unauthorised third-party access to personal data collected on it. To this end, we apply security measures designed to protect your data, such as HTTPS. We periodically check our systems to detect potential weaknesses and attacks. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee the security of the information that you send us. There is a possibility that access, dissemination, alteration or destruction of your data could occur if any of our physical, technical or administrative security measures are breached.

As a Web User (user or collaborator) of the website, you should be aware that for the services mentioned hereafter to be effectively carried out, you will only be asked to provide personal information if their delivery is truly necessary. Moreover, we assure you that we will never share your personal information with anyone, except in order to comply with the law or if we do so with your express permission. Neither will your personal data be used to an end other than that laid out in this privacy policy.

The legal basis for your data handling lies in the provision of your consent, in accordance with Article 6.1.a of EU Regulation 679/2016, or in the case of the execution of a contractual relationship that links the Web User to the web (for example, when registering as a user) or the legitimate interests of the controller of said data, as established in Article 6.1.f.

However, the Web User must be aware of the right to withdraw consent at any point, without this affecting in any way the legality of the processing of data permitted by your consent previous to its withdrawal. The website does not transfer data to third parties or internationally unless it is permitted to do so by the Data Protection Authority of Belgium, or if the Web User expressly consents to such transfers. Therefore, any data transfers performed are carried out in the protective framework set out by the Data Protection Authority of Belgium, or if they are expressly permitted by the Web User and their final destination is a country where the data’s security and confidentiality are guaranteed.

  • As long as you refrain from exercising your right to data deletion.

Nevertheless, it is possible that we keep your data beyond the date of closure of your account if it is considered necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, avoid cases of fraud or abuse, apply our Terms of Use or fulfil a request to unsubscribe from future messages you might receive from the website.
