In order to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, the party concerned must send their request accompanied by a photocopy of a national ID, passport or other valid document that identifies them, addressing said request to privacy@oijj.org.
Moreover, the request must contain: the name and surname of the person concerned, a photocopy of their national ID, passport or another valid identifying document, and where appropriate, that of the individual representing them, as well as an explication of the nature of the request, an address to which notifications may be sent, and the dated signature of the applicant. The exercise of these rights shall be free of charge for the person concerned except where the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, especially if they are consistently repeated. In this case, the Controller will be able to charge a reasonable fee on the basis of administrative costs, or refuse to take action as a result of the request.

In accordance with the Directive (EU) 679/2016 on services of the information society and electronic commerce, the website does not send “spam” messages, and therefore will not send e-mails for commercial reasons unless the Web User has previously asked to receive these or given their permission. Subsequently, on each one of the forms found on the website, the Web User can give their express consent to receive the newsletter, irrespective of whether they have asked to receive any specific commercial information.

MINORS
